The total revenue of the largest companies in the Opendatabot retail index reached UAH 457.32 billion, up 23% year-on-year to UAH 370.52 billion.
ATB and Silpo were among the leaders in terms of revenue, while Olvia Group companies, including Eva and Varus, stood out in terms of net profit.
ATB Market has become the absolute leader in the sector, with revenues of UAH 181.09 billion and an increase of 22% compared to 2022.
Silpo-Food and Fora, which are part of Fozzy Group, also showed a significant increase in revenues - by 1.2 and 1.5 times, respectively, with total group revenues amounting to UAH 114.22 billion.
Comfy Trade had the largest increase in revenue among the top 10, up 1.7 times, reaching UAH 27.63 billion.
A significant increase in net profit was demonstrated by RUSH (Eva supermarket chain) with a profit of UAH 2.2 billion, which is more than double the previous year. The Index also includes Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine with a 27% increase in revenue to UAH 25.5 billion, Rozetka with a 38% increase in revenue to UAH 25.4 billion, and Foodcom (Retail Group) with a 27% increase in revenue to UAH 17.16 billion.
