Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has said that it is impossible to end the war with Ukraine through intermediaries, UNN reports, citing the Russian media.
"Who can give the mediator the powers that could put an end to this confrontation? I think it is unlikely. But mediation, as, for example, Mr. Erdogan (Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan - ed.) did in the framework of our negotiation process in Istanbul. We welcome mediation in itself," Putin said.
