Kherson Military District does not rule out that the shelling of of the village of Chornobaivka with cluster munitions on November 23 could have been caused by the publication of the announcement of a military funeral by the village by the village council. This was stated on Radio Liberty by the spokesman for the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, said on Radio Liberty, according to UNN.
According to him, representatives of the OVA representatives appealed to law enforcement officers the day before, which is why the the funeral procedure was changed.
All this information was submitted to law enforcement agencies on November 22. "The shelling itself was not at the place where the event was planned. Of course, we can't reject this, because it is logical. 12:00 - there (in the announcement - ed.), 12:15 - the shelling started. We cannot but see the obvious," - said a spokesperson for the Kherson Regional Military Commissariat.

As a result of enemy shelling with cluster cluster munitions in Chornobaivka killed three people and wounded five others. According to the OVA spokesperson, two of them are in serious condition.
