According to Zhelezniak, the parliament supported in general the bill of MP Oksana Dmitrieva (No. 8011) on the creation of state guarantees to preserve the possibility of biological fatherhood/motherhood for defenders of Ukraine, in case they are injured and their reproductive functions are affected.

Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada registered draft law No. 8011 on amendments to certain laws of Ukraine to ensure the rights of war veterans to biological post-traumatic fatherhood/motherhood.
