"The 102 line is working in Kharkiv. The police promptly accepts reports from citizens. There are problems with receiving calls to 101. Restoration work is underway," the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on Telegram.
The agency advises that if you need help from rescuers in Kharkiv, call 102. There is also a backup number 1562, the Interior Ministry said.
