In Kyiv, from August 9 to October 15, 2024, traffic on the Northern Bridge will be partially restricted in the first and second lanes from the right to the left bank of the Dnipro River. This was reported by UNN with reference to Kyivavtodor.

It is noted that road builders will carry out routine repairs to the bridge roadway. For the duration of the works, traffic will be carried out in the third and fourth lanes.
"Kyivavtodor also emphasizes that according to the results of a special inspection, the Northern Bridge was not recognized as an emergency.
The work is being carried out by the balance holder of the structure, Kyivavtoshlyakhmist.
The company has already repaired the roadway slab with a new layer of concrete, waterproofing and two layers of asphalt concrete from the left to the right bank of the Dnipro River.
At the same time, a project is being developed to repair and replace the metal fencing structures of the bridge's pedestrian part and sidewalks
