According to him, four important decisions are being developed.
"The 12th package of EU sanctions, the use of frozen Russian assets for Ukraine's recovery, the launch of the Ukraine Facility, and above all, the December decision of the EUCO to start negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the EU," Kuleba said.
The Ukrainian diplomat noted that Ukraine is working side by side with the HR department and the vice president on all these issues.
"We also discussed in detail my proposal to create a pan-European defense industry zone, in which EU members, candidates and like-minded countries will join forces in defense production," Kuleba said.
