It is noted that the man demonstrated pro-Russian ideological views with a clear expression of anti-Ukrainian position in his communication in the Telegram messenger. In order to spread his beliefs, he sent relevant text and video materials to his interlocutors.
As sources of information, the suspect used Russian telegram channels that talk about the "true causes of the war" and present Russian armed aggression as an internal civil conflict in Ukraine.
Using so-called "Orthodox" channels, the man spread Kremlin propaganda about a "holy war against the West that has fallen into Satanism", the goal of which is to bring the entire territory of Ukraine "into the zone of exclusive influence of Russia".
The posts also include stories about a "militia member from the LPR" who allegedly visited a Ukrainian "concentration camp" and a fictitious cluster attack by the Ukrainian army on a children's beach in Donetsk region with many victims.
The crimes are punishable by up to 8 years in prison.
