Previously, a regional state of emergency was introduced in the region. On the morning of August 15, Gladkov reported on his Telegram channel about the introduction of a state of emergency of a federal nature.
He said that he would later tell the residents what this regime would mean for them.
"The scale of what is happening does not allow the region to independently eliminate the consequences of the emergency situation that has arisen," said the head of the EMERCOM of Russia, Alexander Kurenkov. Therefore, according to him, the state of emergency in the region has been raised from regional to federal.
