On the night of August 20, the enemy attacked an industrial facility in Ternopil, causing a fire. The State Emergency Service reported that the enemy attack caused a fire of fuel and lubricants at the industrial enterprise.
Experts took measurements of air and water quality in Ternopil region and initially found chlorine levels exceeded 4 to 10 times due to a fuel and lubricant fire.
