Between August 5 and August 8, 2024, the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out at least 87 air strikes on the territory of Sumy region using 154 air strike weapons, including guided aerial bombs (GAB) and high-explosive aerial bombs (HAB)
It is reported that 2 civilians, including one child, were killed as a result of these hostile attacks.
Another seven people were injured and suffered various kinds of traumas, 45 civilian objects were damaged and destroyed, including 24 households, 5 educational institutions, and 1 medical facility.
