According to him, 141 boiler houses are currently operating in Donetsk Oblast. 2020 apartment buildings and 105 social facilities, including 35 healthcare facilities, are already heated.

He also added that everything possible is being done to ensure that all facilities are connected to heating where the security component allows it. In the communities where heating cannot be provided, heating points and invincibility points are operating.
In total, there are 135 such points in Donetsk region. 97 of them are in Kramatorsk district, 29 in Pokrovsk district, 2 in Bakhmut district and 7 in Volnovakha district.
