Doctors have either evacuated or are forced to work in military hospitals set up by the occupiers, the head of the Luhansk regional military administration Artem Lysogor said on Friday, UNN reports.

In particular, a medical landing party, gathered from different regions of Russia, was reportedly brought to Markiv district. The touring medical team is housed in a local multidisciplinary hospital. This team is also traveling to the surrounding villages, Lysogor said.
In the neighboring Novopskov, he said, mostly retired doctors remained to work in their specialty. There are no reagents in the medical center, so they don't even take tests. No one is going to buy new equipment either.
At the same time, according to him, when the weather conditions stabilize, the Russians increase the number of air strikes.
"The enemy focused on the Kupyansk direction, but also conducted several assaults on the Liman direction south of Nevske - namely, near Terny in Donetsk region. The occupants tried to seize the positions of our defenders, but not a single attempt was successful. As the weather conditions stabilize, the enemy immediately intensifies its air pressure. For example, yesterday they launched an air strike on the territory of Serebryany forestry," informed Lysohor.
According to him, the Russians fired 521 shells at the positions of the Defense Forces and settlements near the front line in our area of responsibility. Nevske and Bilohorivka came under fire.
