Former Motor Sich CEO Boguslayev and his accomplice have had their arrest term extended until June 10

The court extended the measure of restraint for former Motor Sich JSC CEO Vyacheslav Boguslayev and his accomplice, UNN reports citing the Prosecutor General's Office.

...the court extended the preventive measure for the former president of Motor Sich JSC and his accomplice. They will be held in custody without bail until June 10, 2024

Recall

Boguslaev and his accomplice are accused of collaboration, aiding and abetting the aggressor state, and assisting a terrorist organization (Article 111-1(4), Article 111-2, Article 258-3(1) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The former president of Motor-Sich JSC is also charged with obstructing the activities of military formations during a special period (Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
