Law enforcement officers have recorded the consequences of another enemy attack on Kharkiv and launched an investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war. The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine showed how the city looks like after the evening attack , UNN reports.
According to preliminary data, the strike was carried out by an X-35 missile. Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces.

According to the investigation, on March 23, around 17:45, the Russian armed forces launched a missile attack on the Sloboda district of Kharkiv.
The invaders damaged the warehouses and buildings of a local enterprise.
Under the procedural supervision of the Sloboda District Prosecutor's Office in Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
