Since the beginning of 2024, Ukrainians have taken out loans under the eHouse program to purchase 2,800 apartments and 87 private houses. A quarter of all loans issued are for the purchase of housing in the primary market. It is reported that the total amount of mortgage loans issued this year is almost UAH 5 billion. And since the start of the program, 9,212 families have already received loans worth UAH 14.2 billion.
Since the beginning of this year, almost 3,000 Ukrainians have taken out loans under the eHouse program for a total of UAH 5 billion. 2,800 Ukrainian families will buy apartments, and 87 families will buy private houses. One in four of those who have received a loan since the beginning of this year has purchased a so-called first sale home - either a finished or under construction. 30% of Ukrainians have taken out loans under the terms of a mass mortgage - at 7%, which is available to anyone who does not have their own home or needs to improve their living conditions
In particular, last week, Ukrainians received 197 loans worth UAH 335 million under the eHouse program, including:
- 111 military and security personnel;
- 14 teachers;
- 21 medics;
- 3 scientists;
- 36 families without their own housing;
- 6 IDPS;
- 6 veterans.
This week, 137 loans were issued for the purchase of housing on the secondary market and 45 loans for the purchase of housing from developers. In addition, 15 people took out loans to purchase apartments in a building under construction.
Residents took out the most mortgages:
- Kyiv region - 59;
- Kyiv city - 32;
- Lviv region - 22;
- Volyn and Ivano-Frankivsk regions - 10 each.
Recall
163 defenders from Odesa region used the state program of affordable mortgage lending "eOselya", with the regional administration compensating more than UAH 1 million.
