In Kharkiv, emergency rescue operations and rubble removal have been completed in a 9-story building that was attacked by Russian troops the night before, UNN reports, citing the Interior Ministry.
According to law enforcement officials, three people were killed in the attack, including 2 children. Another 36 people were injured.
