The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate of the hryvnia at 38.9234 UAH/USD, which strengthened it by 21 kopecks. This was reported by UNN with reference to NBU.

The official dollar exchange rate is 38.92 UAH/USD. The NBU also set the official euro to hryvnia exchange rate at 42.46 UAH/€.
According to the data on specialized websites, as of 9:10 am:
- The dollar can be bought for 39.25 UAH and sold for 38.70 in banks.
- Euros can be bought for 42.90 UAH and sold for 42.25 UAH in banks.
- In exchange offices, the dollar is traded at UAH 38.95-39.06, and the euro at UAH 42.55-42.80.
- On the interbank market, the exchange rates are 38.85-38.92 UAH/USD for the dollar and 42.26-42.34 UAH/€ for the euro, respectively.

The National Bank of Ukraine plans to simplify the procedure for exchanging damaged hryvnia banknotes and coins, including those damaged during emergencies or natural disasters, and to clarify the requirements for handling such banknotes.
