The National Bank today set the official exchange rate of the hryvnia at 38.7878 UAH/USD, devaluing it by 29 kopecks, UNN reports citing the NBU.

The official dollar exchange rate is 38.78 UAH/USD. The NBU also set the official euro exchange rate to the hryvnia at 42.41 UAH/€.
According to the data on specialized websites, as of 9:15 am:
- A dollar can be bought for 39.00 UAH and sold for 38.50 UAH in banks.
- Euros can be bought for 42.60 UAH and sold for 41.93 UAH in banks.
- At exchangers, the dollar is traded at UAH 38.80-38.90, and the euro at UAH 42.45-42.65.
- On of the interbank market, the rates are 38.82-38.84 UAH/USD for the dollar and 42.49-42.50 UAH/€ for the euro, respectively.

Yesterday, the National Bank of Ukraine devalued the hryvnia by 10 kopecks, setting the official exchange rate at 38.4924 UAH/USD.
