A parliamentary committee has supported for the second reading the draft laws on combating "black grain" and non-return of foreign exchange earnings. This was announced on Thursday by MP from the Tax Committee Yaroslav Zheleznyak, UNN reports.

"The Committee supported the second reading of draft laws #10168-2 and 10169-2 on combating "black grain" and non-return of foreign exchange earnings," Zheleznyak said on Telegram.
The MP expressed hope that "all the agreements between the committee, the Ministry of Finance and business on the criteria will be respected."
According to the explanatory memorandum, both draft laws propose to introduce mechanisms that minimize the possibility of abuse in the export of agricultural products, which ensures greater foreign exchange earnings for the state and affects the stability of the national currency.
