Today, a wooden church burned in the village of Smozhe, Lviv region. During firefighting, the church's domes collapsed. UNN reports this with reference to the State Emergency Service.

By the time the rescuers arrived, the flames had reportedly engulfed most of the wooden building. There was a threat of the fire spreading to the nearby wooden two-tiered bell tower.
During the firefighting, the church domes collapsed. The fire was extinguished at 12:37.
No one was injured in the fire. The circumstances and cause of the fire are being established, the SES added.
