The Security Service has collected evidence against another Russian official who provides logistics for the occupiers in eastern Ukraine. We are talking about the "Minister of Transport of the Donetsk People's Republic" Vladimir Tuzhilin. This was reported by UNN with reference to the SBU.
Details
Investigators found out that he had previously headed the main road department in the Nizhny Novgorod region of Russia. However, in May 2023, he was appointed "Minister of Transport of the DPR" in the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk region.
In this "position", the defendant is engaged in the construction of new transportation routes for the transfer of Russian troops from Rostov region to Ukraine. First of all, it is a direct railroad line that should run from the territory of Russia in the direction of Donetsk.
At the same time, Tuzhylin organizes transport links between the temporarily occupied Mariupol and the temporarily occupied Berdiansk and Melitopol.
