Shooter in Bucha opened fire while intoxicated after exiting taxi, detained, criminal proceedings opened, Main Directorate of National Police in Kyiv Oblast reported, UNN writes.

As police reported, law enforcement received a report from eyewitnesses that shots were heard on one of the streets in Bucha.
Guard police, patrol police response team, and investigative-operational group immediately arrived at the scene. Guard police officers, arriving first, promptly detained the offender.
It was established that a 42-year-old man, in a state of alcohol intoxication, exited a taxi onto the street and began firing shots chaotically. No injuries among the public
Law enforcement officers, as stated, are working at the scene and establishing all circumstances.
For this incident, investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
