Due to the bad weather, 184 settlements in the region are without electricity. All vehicles are prohibited from driving on the section of the highway M-13 Kropyvnytskyi-Platonove. It is expected to last until 14.00

The head of the regional administration also warned all motorists not to drive on the roads unless necessary.
The bad weather resulted in snow drifts up to 1.5 meters high in some places and hampered traffic on the roads of Odesa, Mykolaiv and other regions of Ukraine, with some roads blocked.
Mustafa Nayyem, head of the State Recovery Agency, said that strong winds were hampering road clearingeven though crews were working in an intensified mode.
