What is known about the general and Bucha
As InformNapalm notes, in 2022, Omurbekov commanded the 64th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade during the occupation of Bucha. Ukrainian sources link this unit to war crimes against the civilian population.
It is reported that there are attempts to keep the incident in the garrison quiet. At the same time, Omurbekov had previously been identified by InformNapalm investigators, after which he was included in the sanctions lists of several countries.
