The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has received the property of former MP brothers Viktor Medvedchuk and Taras Kozak. Law enforcement officers are currently inspecting the assets. This was reported by UNN with reference to ARMA.
Details
A judge of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv has ruled that the property of former MPs Viktor Medvedchuk and Taras Kozak, including real estate, corporate rights, vehicles of three companies in Lviv region and non-residential premises in Kyiv, be transferred to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).
The transferred assets include the Kerambud brick plant, one of the largest brick producers in Western Ukraine, which had a large-scale production facility equipped with high-tech, fully automated modern German equipment that ensured extremely high quality bricks.
The plant produced 3 to 4 million pieces of finished products (bricks) per month.
Employees of ARMA's Western Interregional Territorial Department inspected the brick factory. Measures are currently being taken to prepare the asset for further evaluation.
Also, on behalf of the Head of ARMA Olena Duma, the inspection of three other assets - Capital Plaza LLC, Betonbud LLC and non-residential premises in Kyiv - is currently underway.
ARMA will inform you about further steps to manage these assets, as such powerful plants should work for the benefit of Ukraine. We will ensure their effective management
