In Vinnytsia region, additional regime restrictions have been introduced in the area of operation of the Mohyliv-Podilskyi border guard detachment. This was reported by the Mohyliv-Podilskyi border guard detachment, UNN reports .

It is noted that in the strip of land along the state border within the Yaryshiv, Mohyliv-Podilskyi, Yampilskyi, Studenianskyi territorial communities of Mohyliv-Podilskyi and Tulchynskyi districts of Vinnytsia region, entry of men aged 18 to 60 years is prohibited, including for the purpose of tourism, recreation and fishing. Exceptions are made for persons permanently or temporarily residing, studying or working within the region, provided they have the relevant supporting documents. Restrictions also do not apply to owners of land plots located within the strip and persons traveling in transit from state border crossing points to other areas or to state border crossing points in order to cross the border.

It is also prohibited for men between the ages of 18 and 60, inclusive, to enter the above-mentioned strip of terrain using district and rural roads of local importance.

Restrictions also apply to the presence and movement in this area of men aged 18 to 60, inclusive, without a military ID or a reserve officer's certificate (for military personnel and law enforcement officers off-duty - without a standardized service certificate), as well as without documents confirming the right to defer or exempt from military service during mobilization.

In addition, it is prohibited for citizens to stay on the banks of the Dniester River in settlements adjacent to the state border, outside their own households at a distance of less than 30 meters from the water's edge: from April 1 to September 30 - from 23:00 to 05:00; from October 1 to March 31 - from 20:00 to 06:00.

The use of ships and other watercraft, recreation of the local population, fishing and hunting, as well as the use of small aircraft of all types are prohibited within the 500-meter-wide area from the state border (except for the boundaries of settlements) located on the territory of the above-mentioned communities.

Addendum

It is noted that the restrictions on entry into the territory of the above-mentioned communities by men aged 18-60 inclusive do not apply to representatives of military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, law enforcement agencies (units), civil protection agencies (units), utilities, ambulance services, other state and municipal property entities, business entities that ensure the maintenance of infrastructure and provide humanitarian and social services to the population.

As well as citizens who are registered or reside (with supporting documents) in the territory of communities located within the Mohyliv-Podilskyi controlled border area, when they enter the above-mentioned area to resolve personal issues of economic, household and social and humanitarian nature.
