The Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv has found acting Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Serhiy Holovaty guilty of failing to comply with the NACP's legal requirements in the case of actions in conditions of a real conflict of interest, UNN reports.
To find Serhiy Petrovych Holovaty guilty of committing an administrative offense under Art. 188-46, Part 1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and to impose an administrative penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 100 tax-free minimum incomes, which is UAH 1,700 .
As UNN has learned, Holovaty did not appear at the court hearing on January 2.
Earlier, it was noted that if the court finds Holovaty guilty of committing an offense, information about him will be entered into the Unified State Register of Persons Who Committed Corruption and Corruption-Related Acts.

On November 16 , it was reportedthat the NACP drew up reports on an administrative offense against the acting head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU), Serhiy Holovatyi, and the head of the CCU Secretariat, Viktor Beschastnyi.
On December 7, Serhiy Holovaty failed to appear in court to hear a case on an administrative offense. He is suspected of acting in conditions of a real conflict of interest. The case was postponed to December 21.
Golovaty was appointed to the Venice Commission.
