A 40-year-old suspect from Dagestan reportedly hanged himself in a detention center in Vienna using a kitchen towel and shoe laces.
The man was accused of having ties to ISIS and of intending to organize an attack on Cologne Cathedral and St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna.
The suspect was to be deported to Russia today.
