A fire broke out in the occupied Crimea. According to local reports, a column of smoke is rising into the sky near the Oktyabrskoye airfield. This is reported by the pro-Ukrainian Telegram channel "Crimean Wind", UNN reports.

Earlier explosions were heard  near the villages of Shyroke and Leninske, which are located near Oktyabrske.

Addendum

It is noted that the airfield itself is not currently in use. However, Russians still store ammunition there. Locals admit that the explosions and fire were caused by the detonation of Russian shells.
