Police are investigating an accident that occurred on July 4 at around 16:00 in the village of Zhornivka, Fastiv district, Kyiv region.
According to preliminary data, the driver of the Mercedes failed to give way to the Hyundai, which led to the collision.
As a result of the accident, the 22-year-old driver of the Mercedes was injured and hospitalized.
Investigators initiated a pre-trial investigation into the accident under Part 1 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code.
