In Chernihiv region, Russian troops shelled 25 settlements 50 times last week, 241 explosions occurred, 18 people were killed, 89 were injured, and 24 houses were damaged, the head of the Chernihiv RMA Vyacheslav Chaus said on Monday, UNN reports.

"Over the week, the enemy fired 50 times at 25 localities. 241 explosions were recorded," Chaus said on Telegram.

"As a result of the rocket attack on Chernihiv, 18 people were killed and 89 were injured," said the head of the RMA.

According to him, 24 houses were damaged.

"In Novhorod-Siverskyi district, houses, communications, a shop and a bakery vehicle were damaged. Fortunately, the driver is alive," said Chaus.
