The income of the family of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in 2023 amounted to almost UAH 12.5 million, UNN reports citing the Office of the President.
"The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has made public the declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government on property, income, expenses and financial liabilities for 2023," the statement reads.
According to the declaration, the income of the Zelensky family amounted to UAH 12 million 423.8 thousand, including income from the sale of government bonds - UAH 7 million 455 thousand 972.
In 2023, Volodymyr Zelenskyy's family's income mainly consisted of salaries, bank interest, and income from renting real estate. In total, this amount amounted to UAH 4 million 967 thousand 036.
"The increase in income compared to the previous year was due to the resumption of rental payments. The cash balance of the President's family at the end of last year decreased by almost UAH 2.8 million. There were no other significant changes in 2023 in terms of assets, real estate, vehicles, etc.", the OP adds.
