Zelenskyy discusses Ukraine's need to expand training missions for pilots with Danish Prime Minister

The President of Ukraine and the Prime Minister of Denmark discussed the implementation of the security cooperation agreement and the expansion of training missions for Ukrainian F-16 pilots. Zelenskyy emphasized the need to accelerate training and increase the number of aircraft.

During a meeting with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed the implementation of the security cooperation agreement and  the need to expand training missions for Ukrainian pilots, UNN reports .

Ukraine appreciates Denmark's leadership in the security sector and, in particular, the provision of 19 defense assistance packages.  ,” Zelensky wrote.

He thanked the government for its decision to invest in Ukraine's defense industry.

Zelenskiy said that Ukraine needs to reduce training on  F-16 fighter jets, expand the base for F-16 training, and increase the number of aircraft in the near future, not in 3-5 years.
