Ukraine has forced the enemy fleet to retreat to Novorossiysk. This was stated by the spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy Dmytro Pletenchuk during a briefing, according to a UNN correspondent.
%%QUOTE_TITLE%%If we take the Azov-Black Sea region, the situation is more or less stable as of now. This is due to several factors. The first and most important one is that the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine forced the enemy to actually retreat to their officially recognized shores- said Dmytro Pletenchuk.
Details
The main combat force of the Russian Federation was forced to withdraw to Novorossiysk, to Tuapse. Dmytro Pletenchuk noted that he was referring to the ships that the Russian Federation is currently using in the Black Sea in combat - these are cruise missile carriers.
At the same time, a fairly large part of the enemy fleet remains in Crimea, but, according to the navy spokesman, it cannot actually influence the course of events in Ukraine, as well as in the northwestern and southwestern parts of the Black Sea.
The only problem that remains is the presence of Russian aircraft over Ukrainian waters.
To recap
On November 16, Zelenskyy saidthat Ukraine was able to seize the initiative from Russia in the Black Sea and create security conditions that force the aggressor to flee the eastern part of the water area and try to hide warships.
