On the night of December 14, 2023, the Russian occupiers attacked with attack UAVs and S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles. The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that 41 "Shahed" were shot down, UNN reports.
Six SAMs were fired around midnight from the temporarily occupied Kherson region in the direction of Mykolaiv. Kherson region in the direction of Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.
The enemy began attacking with Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs the attack from 19.00 on December 13. The launches were carried out in waves from three directions: Balaklava, Chauda - Crimea and Primorsko-Akhtarsk - Russia. In total, the following launches were recorded 42 enemy strike UAVs.
The main direction of the attack was Odesa region.
To repel the air attack, the following were involved anti-aircraft missile units and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and other components of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
That night, the defenders of the sky managed to shoot down 41 of 42 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs. The vast majority of them were in Odesa region.
