On pirated broadcasts of the victory ceremony, the ribbon was cut out, and most z-bloggers ignored the event, reports the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security, UNN.

According to the center, Russia has silently reacted to the Ukrainian film 20 Days in Mariupol, which won the Oscar for Best Feature Documentary.
