Vitaliy Manasyan was fired from the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police a few hours after the scandal in the capital's Goodwin restaurant. This was reported to UNN by the National Police.

Vitaliy Manasian, an employee of the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police of Ukraine, wrote about the scandal involving a police officer, Vitaliy Shkil, chairman of the Infrastructure Development Committee of the Federation of Employers, and businessman, on Facebook.
He said that he had taken a reserved table at the Goodwine restaurant and refused to leave it after the police officer's remark, and behaved rudely with the restaurant's employees.
According to Shkil, he had booked a table for breakfast in advance, and when he arrived, the administrators of the restaurant told him that it had already been taken by a man, Vitaliy Manasyan. The conversation between the men ended with threats against the businessman, but then Manasyan left the restaurant.

As confirmed by UNN, after the publicity, the leadership of the National Police decided to dismiss Manasian from his post.
Employees of the department studied the post in social networks, talked to the administration of the institution and witnesses, and then agreed with the head of the National Police Ivan Vyhivskyi to dismiss the operative.
