The government has created opportunities to be identified for pensions remotely via video communication. The Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine has explained how to do this, UNN reports with reference to the press service of the ministry.

You can sign up for video identification through the Pension Fund of Ukraine's web portal. To do this, go to the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine's electronic services. Then click on the tab "Identification via video conferencing" at the top of the screen. The form will appear on the screen.
Fill in all fields marked with an asterisk:
▪️ to enter personal data and identity document data;
▪️ indicate the e-mail address and phone number (to receive feedback from Pension Fund specialists);
▪️ to choose a convenient way to conduct video identification through one of the proposed applications: Google Meet, Signal, Skype, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Zoom;
▪️ If you need sign language interpretation or physical support from a personal assistant, please indicate this;
Then agree to the data transfer and click "Submit application".

The Ministry of Social Policy noted that video identification is carried out no earlier than 10 business days and no later than 30 calendar days from the date of application. A Pension Fund employee will contact you to agree on the time and method of video identification .
In the interests of minors or underage persons, incapacitated persons, persons whose legal capacity is limited, applications are filed by parents, adoptive parents, foster parents, foster caregivers, guardians, trustees.
