The DobroDiy Charity Exchange, founded by Olena and Yulia Sosiedko, supported the For Kids UA social project and sent 2 families under its care to the Warm Palms Art Rehabilitation Camp, UNN reports .
From December 9 to 19, the Warm Palms Art Rehabilitation Camp is taking place at the integration center in Volyn Oblast as part of the For Kids UA social project.
"Warm Palms" is a 10-day intensive art therapy camp for children affected by war at the Zamlynnia Integration Center (Volyn region). The camp is accompanied by psychologists, art therapists, artists, an icon painter, a potter, a designer, a florist, a business coach, a confessor, and volunteers.
The DobroDiy Charity Marketplace financed the purchase of materials for art therapy classes. In addition, two of the Exchange's foster families take part in the camp. Participation is free for them.

Kyrylo Hrytsenko's family fled from Sloviansk to Dnipro to escape the war. Last year, the DobroDiy Charity Exchange organized a charity collection for Kyrylo, who needed hearing prosthetics. Thanks to this, the boy was able to continue practicing his favorite sports dances.
"Thank you for inviting me to participate. Children and adults really need this. A lot of pleasant impressions. A place where you can find yourself, collect your soul bit by bit. Master classes for children, forest around, fresh air, away from the noisy city. And most importantly, there are no alarms (sirens). Very tasty food. Great coaches," says the boy's mother, Olha Hrytsenko, about her stay at the Warm Palms camp.

Kyrylo Vegerya and his family lived in the town of Hirnyk in Donetsk region. There he attended a football section. But the war forced the family to leave the city.
Kyrylo continues to play sports, likes historical films and dreams of learning English. The DobroDiy Charity Marketplace helped to make the boy's dreams come true - thanks to a charity fundraiser, he received a high-powered hearing aid and can now lead a full life.
"My son and I are very happy to be at the camp. The atmosphere is positive, kind and fun. Interesting communication, new emotions and acquaintances. We will be very happy to visit the camp again. It's great here!!!" - says the boy's mother Tetiana Vegerya about her stay in the art therapy camp.
The rehabilitation program is organized by the Charitable Foundation "Modern Ukraine" in cooperation with the NGO "Pyaternya".
The program includes trainings for children and parents in art therapy, hippotherapy, make-up therapy, aromatherapy, pottery, group games and children's entertainment led by a team of psychologists and art therapists led by artist and art therapist Tatiana Mialkovska.
The intensive will result in a diagnosis of the children's psychological state and recommendations to parents on methods and tools for further psychological recovery.
