The head of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), Olena Duma, said that representatives of the company that owns the Gulliver shopping center allegedly prevented the agency's employees from inspecting the asset, but did not specify how, UNN reports.
"We carry out our work openly, professionally and quickly. Today, during the inspection of the next premises, the ARMA team faced illegal actions and outright disregard for the law, in particular, a court order on the part of representatives of the company that owns the asset, TRI O LLC," Duma wrote in her Twitter account.
The Head of the ARMA stated that in response to the opposition, an authorized person of the agency issued an Order allegedly to a representative of the TRI O company. In addition, the agency allegedly appealed to the police.
At the same time, Duma did not specify how the ARMA representatives were "interfered with" in the Gulliver shopping center.
However, everyone has already seen how "carefully inspected" the asset by ARMA representatives a few days ago. Perhaps this time the walk was a little shorter, and the view from the mall's window was not as good.
At the same time, the Head of ARMA noted that she would do everything to ensure that the state starts making a profit from this asset as soon as possible.
But this raises the question of why there was no such "efficiency" from the ARMA and its leadership in the sale of one of the most expensive assets of the former traitor MP Viktor Medvedchuk, a yacht. Could it be because of personal interest in delaying the sale?
In a comment to UNN, the press service of Gulliver BFC clarified that in fact, no one prevented ARMA employees from inspecting the mall, they were simply asked to act according to the law.
"The court ruling that seized Gulliver does not prohibit or restrict the owner of the property from disposing of or using it. And ARMA employees do not have the right of unimpeded access to property other than state and official property. They were immediately notified of this, but this did not stop their intention to inspect the premises of the BFC. Therefore, the owner of Gulliver asked the ARMA representatives not to violate his rights and not to interfere with his legitimate business activities," the press service said.

Last week it became known that ARMA cannot sell Medvedchuk's yacht Royal Romance because a court in Croatia canceled the seizure of the property.
The Office of the Prosecutor General notedthat throughout the seizure, efforts were made to develop mechanisms that would allow ARMA to sell the property located abroad. However, the new ARMA leadership allowed delays in this process and started the procedure for the sale of the yacht only on March 20, 2024, almost 2 years after the arrest.
The ARMA even tried to hide its fiasco with the yacht by publishing news of the successful sale of one buggy and one ATVbelonging to Medvedchuk. However, the ARMA sold the buggy and ATV for 920 thousand hryvnias, while the yacht is estimated to be worth almost 8.5 billion hryvnias.
