This is how Ilya Yevlash, a spokesman for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, commented on the morning attack of the Russian Federation on the Carpathian region during a marathon, UNN reports.
"The enemy sees the expediency of their attacks, they probably believe that there are some targets there (in Frankivsk - ed.) that are 'worthy' of their attention. As we can see, the enemy has absolutely no stops, it attacks civilian infrastructure, as we saw yesterday in Chernihiv. Now they have started shelling Ivano-Frankivsk," said Yevlash.
