Starting tomorrow, July 17, at checkpoints when citizens leave Ukraine, border guards will check the availability of military registration documents for men aged 18 to 60. Details
"Starting tomorrow, at 00:00, at checkpoints when citizens leave Ukraine, men aged 18 to 60 will be checked for military registration documents. This applies to all male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 60. In the absence of such a document, they will be denied crossing the border. I would like to remind you that the categories of those allowed to cross the border and the conditions for crossing the border, which are set out in the rules for crossing the state border by Ukrainian citizens approved by Government Resolution No. 57, have not changed, but the conditions that do exist include the presence of a military registration document," Demchenko said.
He added that citizens will be able to present a paper military registration document in the form of a booklet, or a temporary certificate of a person liable for military service, or a military registration document in electronic form, provided that there is a QR code so that border guards can read it.
"If the border guards have any doubts about the data reflected in the military registration document or doubts that the document may be fake, we will definitely check all this information in the Oberig system," added Demchenko.
Recall
