The Supreme Court upheld the return of St. Nicholas Cathedral in Kremenets to the Kremenets-Pochayiv Reserve after the expiration of the use agreement with the religious community.

It is noted that the Supreme Court upheld the decision of the of the Western Economic Court of Appeal on October 2. Then the Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Economic Court of Ternopil region of June 15 June, which ordered the religious community "Parish of St. Nicholas" to return St. Nicholas Cathedral with cells of the XVI-XVII centuries with a total area of 1,756.0 square meters, located in Kremenets, to the Kremenets-Pochayiv Historical and Architectural Reserve.

Addendum

On February 12, 2023, the agreement on on the free use of the premises of St. Nicholas Cathedral and other facilities by the religious community of the UOC-MP expired. Cathedral and other state-owned facilities expired.
