In Spain, two new training courses for Ukrainian servicemen have been completed within the framework of the EU Military Assistance Mission in support of Ukraine (EUMAM Ukraine). This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes UNN.

One of the courses was dedicated to the operation, maintenance, and combat use of Leopard 2A4 tanks. The training took place in Ceuta and Zaragoza and included theoretical classes, simulator training, and live-fire exercises.
A separate module concerned armored recovery and evacuation vehicles. Ukrainian military personnel practiced vehicle control, evacuation operations, and maintenance.
The General Staff noted that the course participants positively assessed the training and highlighted the professionalism of the Spanish instructors.
The EUMAM Ukraine mission has been operating since 2022 and provides training for Ukrainian military personnel on the territory of European Union countries.
