Frontline Toretsk, Donetsk region, has been almost wiped out by enemy combat vehicles and artillery. Ukrainian defenders from the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade filmed the city's appearance from drone cameras. UNN reports this with reference to the Khortytsia unit.
"As of 2014, about 70 thousand people lived their full lives in Toretsk.but as of December 2024, about one and a half thousand locals refuse to leave the once glorious city. This is the current population size in Donetsk. From which almost nothing remained after the arrival of the "liberators"," the brigade noted.
