Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has instructed the relevant ministries to introduce an updated resolution on the reservation of persons liable for military service and to determine an exhaustive list of critical infrastructure facilities and enterprises. Shmyhal said this during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, UNN reports.

There should be no speculation or manipulation here. Therefore, I am instructing the relevant ministries to introduce an updated, fairer resolution on reservation and to determine an exhaustive list of critical infrastructure facilities and enterprises
He emphasized that we need clear and understandable criteria so that neither the military nor the public have any questions about why certain people are booked in our country.
