The Prime Ministers of Ukraine and Lithuania, Denys Shmyhal and Ingrida Šimonite, inspected the damaged Okhmatdyt children's hospital. According to Shmyhal, Lithuania has allocated 1 million euros to restore the institution, UNN reports .

Shmyhal said that the reconstruction of Okhmatdyt has already begun. According to him, to ensure a transparent process, the Ministry of Health has created a Council for the restoration of Okhmatdyt, which includes a representative of Lithuania.
After all, Lithuania was among the first to respond to the tragedy, the prime minister said.

According to him, during the war, Russia destroyed more than 200 Ukrainian medical institutions and damaged more than 1,600 more.
Shmyhal assured that with joint efforts we will restore everything that Russia has destroyed.
