Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyi criticized the logistics system that was in place before, emphasizing that it "lived by itself." He said this at the presentation of the DOT, which will deal with non-defense procurement, UNN reports.

"War is perhaps the most important driver of progress. This is true, it is the combat conditions that force us to come up with new weapons. Having invented new weapons, we know that we need to invent new applications. And the forms and methods of application are laws and science that necessarily lead to changes in the organization and structure of those performing combat missions," said Zaluzhnyi.
Zaluzhnyi noted that he supports the words of Minister Rustem Umerov that "the logistics system that was in place did not stand up to any criticism and lived on its own somewhere on another planet."
