Russian troops attacked the village of Liptsy in Kharkiv region at night, civilian infrastructure was hit, the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office reported and showed the consequences, UNN writes.

According to the investigation, on April 2, around 3:00, Russian servicemen fired on the village of Liptsy.
"Civilian infrastructure came under enemy fire. Residential buildings, outbuildings, shops and warehouses were damaged in the settlement," the prosecutor's office said.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
